Only February has four weeks exactly in the month (unless it's leap year) so 4 weeks doesn't = one month. (That's why pregnancy has 40 weeks, but only 9 months, not 10) Your son is one month on the 25th

I saw a chart that goes up to 12 weeks then monthly after that
