kinda silly question... how do you know when your milk comes in? I knew with my son because I work up engorged. my boobs a bigger, heavier, and she's finally going 3.5 hours between feedings but I haven't leaked anything.

Yes shouldn't be colostrum anymore after a week.

Well i guess leaking isnt really necessary but every woman is different.  Mine leaked bad, especially when he cried or in the shower.  You can always squeeze your nipple.

@2queenbee9, I am currently breast feeding. she was born on Monday and since the middle of the night that night she was eating 20 mins every hour until this afternoon. now were making it much longer in between.
