@lilbabyboy16, @jonahsmommy2 once you remove frozen milk from the freezer and put it in the fridge to thaw, it is good for 24 hours. Milk straight from the breast into the fridge is good for a little less than a week. ☺️

Yeah you can warm it up. You can use a bottle warmer , run it under warm water or just it in a pot of water for a few seconds. It doesn't take long to get warm. Just don't use the microwave because it can make hot spots in the milk & burn baby's mouth. 😊
