I need advice so my childs father missed every dr appt he claim he had to work each time .. then he missed her birth due to the fact he was arrested the day I got induce .. she's 18 days old and he's only seen her thru a jail house visitation window 😞😞 I've moved in with my life but now I feel like I should be there for her father , you know write letters , send money or put money on the phone then I stop and think he hasn't done SHIT for me or his daughter am I wrong to feel this way?

Why do for someone who hasn't done for you not even. Supported you he choose himself and his life style over bein there to support y'all . And still can't support y'all . Your on your own so worry about you and the baby. Now when he gets out then you can focus on the bond that y'all and him need to have for the baby with the baby etc . But as for now why you on your own forget him sorry . Specially since he wasn't there for you when he could have been

so sorry to hear this, but is all about providing for your child now. that should be his mentality as well. and if he's asking for help instead of telling you to help your child instead then that's another problem and he would be selfish. so think about her and no one else. children are expensive...help her. care for her. yes give him the opportunity to do good but you can't guide his actions. he needs to prove to you that he deserves to be there.

as woman when tend to care to much even when we shouldn't. in this situation... I wouldn't give him SHIT!!... man get into situation and expect us to be sympathetic. but when is the sympathy when you need it😕 for the child or otherwise. your not wrong not wrong at all. keep moving on in your life. karma is a bitch and maybe that's his. good luck

you do as you feel is right , but why do something for a man that hasn't done anything for your daughter . yes I know how it feels you want to help the man that helped make your child but if you do I wouldn't expect to see the money ever
