Baby acne or rash?!

eczema?? I'd say baby acne but all the redness around makes me skeptical

my son is just getting over something that looks just like this. I've had to make sure that it gets cleaned with every diaper change and then put diaper rash cream on it.

did you get any new detergent? if so try to use detergents like for babies or that is hypoallergenic @katiem2053

I've washed a few things in with our stuff, but she has her own I'll start doing all her clothes together now!
