Does anyone have a useful Hospital bag list? Preferably that is aimed at the uk not usa?

Also is filling in the Maternity Allowance form a nightmare? Just had a look at it online and it looks complicated!! I have had a lot of time off sick due to pregnancy so really nervous I won't be eligible for anything 🙈
