2 questions: can I breastfeed while sick? And can I take any medications for a cold?

Yes breastfeeding while sick is okay, our bodies make antibodies and the baby will get them through our milk.. Meds are tricky .. I know we can't take NyQuil because of the alcohol content . I remember having to look for a specific type of medicine because of how the meds metabolize through our body.
