Omg my back is on fir e!!! My lower back hurts soooo badly!!!!!! It's like someone is ripping me from the waist. Is this back labor? It's only one my lower back and kind of goes towards the front of my stomach under my belly button but my back hurts more than the front. Help😩😭😭. I'm near tears. I feel like I'm on the worst period of my life.

Sounds like real labor, especially if it's that painful bh shouldn't be that painful try timing when it wraps around to your belly or just wait and see if the pain worsens
@lilmommy93, nope haven't lost anything. Just started feeling this pain and thought it was because I was standing for too long but it's not going away. I'm so excited. Really hope this is it!💕💕
it sounds like real labor. I've never heard of Braxton hicks being back labor. have you lost your mucus plug or anything?
@lilmommy93, or was your back labor real labor or Braxton hicks? I'm hoping it's real. I'm 4 days overdue and the pain is coming and going every four minutes, lasting about a minute or so
I started having back labor twards the end. it really helps to 1. have someone rub DOWN your back. *I only capitalized down because I got in trouble for having my husband rub up too.* or 2. get a chair and straddle it with the hot shower hitting your back. I literally took a nap like that. lol
@jazmin805, @rennysmommy is back labor apart of real labor or is this Braxton hicks? It's so intense😭😭. I can't move.

Having some pretty intense constant lower back pain and maybe super light contractions. But can't tell because the back pain is way over powering contractions so I'm walking around my room to see if they get worse.
