does anyone else SO don't really mess with there newborn? its like my boyfriend wont take the time out to bond with him😞 he says because he never been around babies an don't know what to do even though i tell him what he can do with him.
thankyou@wi hope he gets better an i think he will. i guess im just a worry momma about there bonding. an @mrhe actually does baths with him an will shower with him for i can hurry up an shower. (we all shower) maybe i will just have it to where he does his baths because my baby loves bath time. an my son loves watching him play racing games i always tell him to put him in his lap when he plays.
My husband and I decided that bath time would be a daddy/son bonding time, so he always does the baths. It's quicker than feeding, Mati loves bath time so he's always in a great mood, and my hubby got way more confidant holding him after they started that. Maybe you can try that? Or some other specific task he always does so he's the expert at something? Maybe he'll feel more comfortable after that?
I Believe He'll Work on It .. It'll Take Time , Both Of You Just Need to Be Patient. They Do Suggest if You Feel Frustrated While Your Baby is Crying to Just Lay the Baby Down and Step Away For Awhile and Regroup So I Think He's on The Right Track
i have an he always says he will work on it. he use to try an yell at him an i stop that REAL QUICK! Now he will sometimes talk to him but most of the time just ignore him or leave the room.
I Definitely Suggest When Baby is Asleep to Bring it Out in the Open. You Should Express to Him Your Concerns and Let Him Know This Is Only Temporary Soon Enough Your Child Will Start to Communicate but Crying is The Only Way Right Now. Let Him Know What You Are Concerned About , Your Worries and Why You Feel Like You're Alone. It's Best to Talk About Everything.
thats what i try to explain to him but sometimes it works an other times it wont. if im doing something an he cries an i dont go right away he will get up an leave the room instead of going to tend to him for me..@whosae,
He Would Get Frustrated As Well Because of The Constant Crying While She Was With Him But I Told Him That's What Babies Do and They Are Trying to Express To You What it is They Need . So instead of Getting upset Try to Understand And Soothe
That's How My SO Was Too in The Beginning I Did EVERYTHING By Myself ! He Would Rather Play the Game Than Hold or Care for Our Daughter. But Slowly It'll Get Easier and Your Son Will Know His Father But It'll Take Time. My Daughter Would Scream Everytime I Gave Her to Him. He Took a Couple of Days Off Work So He Could Bond and It Worked . I Let Him Hold Her and Care For Her The Whole Time He Was Off and It Made a Huge Difference
Im sure he will know who his dad is. Hes only a month he doesnt know much of anything lol But the bigger he gets im sure your SO will get more comfortable
i understand. but he goes about it the wrong way.. @ainsleighsmumma
@jaxxonambrosehirschmommy, well it is something brand new to him, that can be frustrating at times
he isn't an i know that. but everything is left up to me.(which is fine) but i just want him to interact with him more. like he gets easily pissed off when he cries.@ainsleighsmumma,
he will hold him for like 10 mins then give him to me. he wont feed him because he says he takes to long to eat😑 he doesnt change him unless i ask him to. im just scared that my son wont know him. @andrewsmommy
Sometimes they're afraid they're going to hurt the baby, because they think babies are super fragile, it takes time, he is probably just nervous especially if he isn't familiar with how to hold or care for a tiny little newborn
Mines was like that. He was scared he would drop him. Day by day he gof use to holding him and just laying with him. it takes timw
Yesterday I went out with my boyfriend went to watch a movie, me and him don't live together yet. but point is yesterday when he was dropping me off his like sleep over at my house witch the mom and dad lives. I said no,
his response was why is everyone deciding or making choices for you and their going to do the same with the baby, when I know that's not true. what he thinks is that my mom tells me not to sleep over. So he left all mad. and I felt in my heart that he went on and cheated on me...

Transgender children
So I just learned that in my kids school district (my kids aren't in school yet my oldest will be starting kindergarten next September) there are twin boys who identify as girls. They are 5 years old. What's your opinions on this matter given they are 5!!! I don't believe that at that age they really understand the whole thing. So the entire school had to take a course on how to handle transgender children. For example they can't say girls go this or boys do that. What are...
Science!
My friend posted this on facebook last night and said her kids were asleep within minutes. It's a song that scientists created to help people fall asleep. I was skeptical but I thought what the hay, I'll try it out. I didn't bank on Dh falling asleep, but both him and lo were asleep by minute 2. And lo slept six straight hours. ?
