okay ladies i know its early to be thinking about this but what birth control do yall recommand i want something i dont have to remember like the iud or the thing in my arm not planning on having anymore babies at all 2 is the magic number for me but not ready to get my tubes tied yet.
I have the Mirena iud , I LOVE IT my periods are SOOOO light , I never gave cramps or anything. and it's so convenient because they put it like once and u just take it out whenever u wanna get pregnant ( it's a 3-5 year bc) . anyway , every woman's body is different so some didn't like it or had a bad experience but that's with every bc . I love it and it's done great for me
@leonandmarleighsmommy__, thanks @newlywedmama21 i have heard bad things also and good things also so im not sure if i want to try it. actually had a couson get pregnant with twins while having a iud and the removal of the iud caused her to miscarry both babies.
Oh. I loved it because I don't have a period at all with it. But every body is different
@valrocks, i was on depo before this pregnancy and it messed up my periods to much for me amd i gained alot of weight. But i also have pcos
I don't recommend iuds...they were horrible for me. 2 different ones. but everyone is different. ..I hear some people have Better experiences but mine were NOT.
About a month after I got it I bled for like a month (which is just your body getting used to the hormone) some bleed that long after birth anyway. And I spotted sporadically and then it was gone and I had no period at all. I loved that!!!! @mommyofallboys671
I take the depo shot. I have for years before I stopped so I could get pregnant. You only have to think about it 4 times a year and it doesn't mess with your milk supply.
I had the implant and loved it because I didn't have to remember to take a pill or call in prescriptions for it. A lot of people dislike it but it worked great for me. I just think every person is different so it has different effects. It did cause me to gain a few pounds but I plan on working out a lot once I recover from birth. I'm definitely getting back on it though!! @mommyofallboys671
I'm afraid to get the iud I've heard women bleed months at a time in it. Good luck in whatever you decide to try and I hope that it works in your favor!! 😉 @mommyofallboys671
