I just wanted to update everybody on here about how being induced went. Well I was there for two days, and got there at 1cm and left today at 1cm so nothing changed at all. Was given two things of cervidill and then a round of cydotech. My doctor never offered pitocin until today after the other things didn't work and I denied it and just went home. His reasoning to keep me there was the worry of having a big baby but after two days of it not working, pitocin would've just stressed me out more. I've made it to 40 weeks tomorrow so what is waiting another week or two going to do. I'm really disappointed but also kind of relieved because I don't want to stress me or my baby out anymore. So glad to be home in my own bed again 🙌🏻
