@brandyi87, I fix these all the time bc they r easy and quick u can even make a ton and freezer them in separate ziplock then just toast on the cast iron skillet direct from freezer and they r good that way to I never let spinach spoil
Mostly just spinach cheese onion sometime mushroom and tomato if I have it on hand and sometime I top with tony chacher (sorry don't know how to spell it) Cajun seasoning the green jar
