so I have a 2 cm corpus luteum cyst on my right ovary with free fluid on my right side, it's pretty painful I'm about 6 weeks pregnant, would this harm my baby?  my doctor isn't that concerned but the pain worries me

No I had one at the begining of my pregnancy. didn't cause any issues other then pain. they saw it at my 10 week ultrasound but it was gone at my 23 week one.

I had it and my doctor wasn't concern either. it's supposed to disappear.

I've been told it's where you ovulated from but yes they disappear.

No those are common pregnancy cysts and should disappear soon.
