How do i get my boobs to stop hurting im not breast feeding. Please help lol they feel like rocks 😩😩😩

you probably have milk

warm shower and hand express the milk right now. then use cold cabbage leaves to dry milk up if you dont plan on breastfeeding.

You can put cabbage on your boobs sounds weird I know but it dries the milk up faster if your not breast feeding . If your pumping that's just ganna cause more milk . So cold cabbage !!

There's not much you can do for the pain though besides hot shower or warm towels . You can try Tylenol as well

fresh cabbage leaves, it's best if you crash them a bit and put them tight on your breast (it will help with drying milk faster), about pain take some Tylenol and hot compress on breast or shower, massage breast to remove some milk (make sure to massage all the hard spots), don't massage or squeeze them to much, you just want relive the pain and discomfort, not to remove all milk (If you'll remove all milk each time, you'll produce new one, and more you do it, more you make it, if you'll remove just bit to feel comfortable, rest will burn itself and this way your milk supply will dry out)
