@nikkimolano1, I wouldn't try squats I did that a few days ago and was so sore for about 4days could hardly walk.

Yeah I am currently trying squats but idk the ball seems better

Maybe try an exercise ball and bounce away. That's been known to help women dilate

I will going to take a nice walk even though I bend over every 3 minutes since the pain is bad . But will grab some juice and then come take another bath then relax

Yeah I went swimming a few times to just relax but it relaxes me so much that I have the worst breathing.. I swear this pregnancy is by far the worst

Yeah and he technically is waiting till I hit 5cm to place me in the hospital but idk what they will do then since he doesn't want me on magnesium

His lungs will be good since I already took the betamathazine steroids . Been taking steroids this whole time . I wish I wasn't alone .

castor oil will boost the contractions even more.

I'm sorry I'm so rude 😢😢 I'm just in pain and very much tired maybe sleeping about 4 hours can't eat cause I have no appetite in and out of the hospital was on strictly bed rest and now he says to walk to speed up contractions 😖

I would just walk if you have to do something. No castor oil.

I haven't given birth so this is merely my opinion. I wouldn't take caster oil

and just wait it off. The contractions are sure to speed up if that what your body naturally did with your previous pregnancies. Just keep walking or try zumba! :) Anyways good luck girl.

I don't want to be induced I wanted him to put me on mag but he says with my previous history he believes it won't work since it didn't the last 2 times I was on strictly bed rest and monitoring at home also on the injections P17 and taking some pills for contractions. He says we will figure it out once I'm 5cm

Did you not read that I am having massive contractions and the doctor doesn't want to do anything for me I'm well aware I lost a stillbirth at 26 weeks less than a pound . My son is 4 pounds 3 oz now which is the same size my lasts born was . They were all healthy besides the stillbirth. I'm in pain and all they say is take Tylenol been on it for more than 4 weeks did trabutaline and did nothing for my contractions. I'm supposed to walk to try and start up labor he says. I just need remedies and help I'm alone in all of this .

your 31 weeks an want to be induced? you do know a lot of babies born that early have a lot of health problems an some don't live because they are so premature. not judging, but if you love your baby an want a healthy baby you need to wait as long as possible.
