Gave birth to my first born a week and a half ago and honestly it's been a roller coaster ride. On top of me and hubby adjusting to baby being awake every night and sleep deprived, I myself is still recovering postpartum from a rough delivery (had placenta manually taken out and been anemic since then), getting used to the pain when baby latches the wrong way when breastfeeding, dealing with the side effects of medications I have to take postpartum and not having enough energy at this time to help out hubby when he's getting tired. I know this will pass but hope I can recover faster so I can take better care for my son. This sucks😳
Hang in there mama. I promise it gets better. I was in your shoes just two weeks ago and it's already better. You'll figure out what works for you and how to get the baby to not be fussy faster and your body will heal even though it feels like you got hit by a bus. Hang in there and just remember to breathe and look at your sweet baby's face and remember it's all worth it 💕💕💕 the breastfeeding gets easier too, try googling images of latching techniques cause it makes a difference to see how it's supposed to look. Also if you can invest in "Earth mama angel baby natural nipple butter" this stuff has saved my nipples. I was using lanolin for the first week and it was nasty smelling and sticky and gross and just didn't work for me but this stuff is amazing. I use it before and after breastfeeding(it's safe for baby) and it has healed my nipples and protected them too. Just hang in there Hun 💕
Yesterday I went out with my boyfriend went to watch a movie, me and him don't live together yet. but point is yesterday when he was dropping me off his like sleep over at my house witch the mom and dad lives. I said no,
his response was why is everyone deciding or making choices for you and their going to do the same with the baby, when I know that's not true. what he thinks is that my mom tells me not to sleep over. So he left all mad. and I felt in my heart that he went on and cheated on me...

A Statement from Mom.Life:
Hey everyone!
Last night, a new user began messaging our moms asking for private pictures of toddlers and young children. This is obviously unacceptable behavior, and the account was banned immediately. Although thankfully extremely rare on Mom.Life, several users were understandably upset by this, so we wanted to clarify a few things:
First off, Mom.Life has an absolute zero tolerance policy for child abuse and those who would prey on children. We strive to ...
Have you tried a nipple shield? I know that's only one of the problems you're having, but every little bit can make a difference. I used a nipple shield off & on for the first few months because my son had trouble latching & it was a life saver!
