Has any new mommies passed blood clots during their first real period(not the blood that comes after having baby.)? I passed a clot about the size of a half dollar coin. My mom says she still gets clots to this day but I an curious if anyone else is.

Yep i do when I get my period. And we're about that same amount of weeks post partum.
I used too when my periods were heavy before I was prego
Yeah its normal for your first few periods to have clots and/or be heavier than normal.

I passed a huge blood clot and it's looks like there might be something else in my blood clot and I'm thinking I had a miscarriage somehow even though I'm on nexplanon. My daughter is a few days away from 3 months so I'm around the same time as you ladies. I had a first period 6 weeks after baby and it was only a few days and light but now this second period is tons of clots and very heavy. No pain or cramping just annoyed about this bleeding. @jacesterlingsmommy @vivalakats
