@royalty, please if you haven't yet do the research on doing the castor oil. I'm not trying to be rude or tell you what to do so please don't take this the wrong way. I've just read so many horrible stories of women losing their babies from drinking it just want you and baby to be safe and healthy!

I've tried walking,Walking stairs,Spicy foods,sex,teas and nothing. I'm trying castor oil now. Lol
