EBF and period? Has anyone started... after my c section I only bled a few days... my husband and I waited the 6 weeks but right after became sexually active, next month I bled for only a day or so then it stopped haven't had a period since march... weird huh the lactaction consultant at wic said ebf is like a birth control which personally idk how effective it is but my baby eats baby foods and baby snacks as well.... has anyone ebf and started?

my daughter is 8 months and I still haven't had my period I'm starting to miss it.
I got my first period 2 months after I had my baby. Even with him nursing on demand. I don't know why people advocate breast feeding as birth control. Like yes it can keep you from getting a period but you can also ovulate without knowing. And all you need is to ovulate to get pregnant.

I had a stillborn daughter at 38 weeks this passed Nov. This is my second month ttc. (Last month we only tried for like two weeks though). My last and only pregnancy, I got pregnant the first month of ttc so I hope it's quick this time again.

I am new to this. I am trying for a baby, and l only had my period for 1 day this month (9/03), l have taken a test 2 days before my periods due and it was negative, should l try again in a few days?? has this happened to anyone else??
I gotta question could I be pregnant and have 2 1/2 day period because I think i got pregnant on Nov 26 and had implantation bleeding on Dec 11 because I'm usually on my period for at least 4 days but mostly 5 or 6 which my full period was Nov 11 for 5 days ?? but in dec only 2 1/2 days it's kinda confusing really im excited about my Dr visit feb19 to know for sure :)
Short Luteal Phase?
I've just started temping because I believe that the reason I haven't had a BFP yet, after 20 months, is because I believe I may have a Luteal Phase Defect.
I had one period at 1 month pp then nothing until 10 months, I had one at 10 months pp... baby was on a nursing strike so I'm wondering if it will return at 11 months or if it was because of the strike!
