today is the day I find out why I'm in so much pain. have to get an ultrasound on my gallbladder. My mind is freaking me out. I had a dream that they found tumors in my stomach and it was cancer. TMI but I've been having severe stomach pain, pooping a lot and it's bloody, vomiting with some blood I've just been miserable

Pain management please 🙋🏽 my son been moving a lot my back and legs been cramping and my whole body just hurts. Then my stomach been numb and irritating at the bottom. Oh yeah on top of that I have heartburn out the ass 🤦🏽♀️
Short Luteal Phase?
I've just started temping because I believe that the reason I haven't had a BFP yet, after 20 months, is because I believe I may have a Luteal Phase Defect.
Am I pregnant I did have sexual activity I've been feeling sick on and off but then it disappears I've been dizzy a lot and my back hurts I've been feeling fatigue and just ain't been feeling normal to my stomach and my stomach looks like a pooch??
is it possible to have contractions without pain? my stomach gets really tight alot, but I have no pains.
Today I have learned not to take iron pills on an empty stomach. I've been at the foot of the toilet for the past five minutes. And oh my god my stomach pains are awful now
