painful contractions every nine minutes, but haven't lost mucus plug and water hasn't broken....labor????

I didn't lose my plug and my water didn't break, if you're having contractions (painful period cramps) every 2/3 minutes. you're in labor
Having some pretty intense constant lower back pain and maybe super light contractions. But can't tell because the back pain is way over powering contractions so I'm walking around my room to see if they get worse.
No contractions but back pain is on 10 🤰🏽
Ladies BH do not cause pain! They are practice contractions ! If you are having pain while contracting they are true contractions and yes you can have spontaneous contractions that go away with rest and hydration but if they last longer than a half an hour it's always best to go get checked out !
I have a low tolerance of pain so I’m screwed either way 😂 but I am going to get through a natural birth no matter what! Quick question: Are the contractions or pushing the most painful? I’ve felt contractions with my first and omg. But I didn’t experience the pushing. He was way to tiny.
is it possible to have contractions without pain? my stomach gets really tight alot, but I have no pains.

don't wait for water to break or mucus plug to come out, neither happened for me either. once they get to 5 minutes apart and stay that way for an hour, it's go time. good luck!!
