I'm having post partem depression!!! Had a cigratte and fed my baby after two hours n now I'm so so guilty that I smoked n breastfed my baby hope he is going to b fine n it won't hurt his little tummy!!!

Even if you get food poisoning it won't affect the baby.

I know many women who smoke cigarettes and breast feed. I've never heard of it affecting a child's stomach. When I have a bad day I tell myself "I'm doing my best" it's helped me deal with mom guilt

A baby will still benefit more from breastfeeding even if you smoke cigs. Believe it or not I read it's worse to formula feed and smoke cigs
