I don't understand how so many people I've known have qualified for WIC... I feel like my husband and I don't make a lot of money but we never even get close to qualifying for any benefits or assistance at all. It would sure to be nice to have a little help with groceries while we try to save for things baby needs 😔
Just like @silviamercado, I was able to get it worried at first that my fiancé and I combined would not qualify but all they asked was if we live together told them yes and that was it so I was approved all they used was my pay stub only. Maybe it depends on the state
@missy312, it is stupid that's why I have to just act selfish and put just my information and some off the things cuz when I put my husband they just say no for everything but if ur husband make less than u when the baby is born he can apply his own with the baby at least for the formula
that's what u can do here too but unfortunately I make 3,000+my self bc I'm a nurse at the hospital. it's really stupid. they expect you to pay for things ur self. everyone that works needs a little help now and then @silviamercado @moonie
@missy312, @moonie I dont know in your States but here i Just Bring My pay stuff even Though I'm marry and I live with my husband and they don't really ask me for him or notting and if they ask u u can just say I'm separate at least here wic don't looks for much inf .
in my state if you have government health insurance they don't check income. you automatically qualify
