Question ladies I started giving my son solid food at 4 1/2 months old. And I only gave him 2oz of oatmeal and half a container of veggies once a day he gets it before bed I'm currently still doing the same feeding with it but I know when they get older you can do veggies like 2-3 times a day. awww it goes so we'll with salmon! especially if you cook them kinda crispy with some lemon juice!

or in a can. i use a can of peas and a can of carrots n mix it together with some butter n let it cook
