Nothing to do with genetics and history of your health and family. the healthiest fittest person could get gd and the women eating like crap card loads and sugar daily could never get it during pregnancy, its just something thats out of our control and just how your body reacts to sugar while pregnant.

happened to me too! they just springed the test on me and that was a doughnut breakfast day, so of course i didn't pass it! but i passed the 3 hour glucose test
