So the guy that came with the police to take a bloody gas reading also reported me to the council and to social services because my living room is being renovated (there's nothing in there atm just had to tip 2 expensive sofas and rip up carpet that had been down for only a year that I also paid for because the cats ruined them and I can afford to replace it) and because I don't have a kettle (it's recently broke) or a washing machine(my mum does my washing this takes some stress off of me so I have a dishwasher instead). I have a (expensive) prep machine but obviously this guy thinks because I don't have a kettle I don't feed my child or wash her clothes. I'm pretty sure she'd be dead at 7 months🙄 Apart from that my flat was literally spotless and probably the best looking council flat for miles since I'm very into interior design. This is the second report to social so god knows what will happen now. If I get my baby taken off me because of interfering people who don't know a damned thing then I'll kill them😡

That's not how it worked with me. My two oldest was only a child in need due to circumstances not because of the amount of times/cases with social
@natzie86, they've been and checked before due to my neighbours reporting me because of having takeaways and my bin overflowing (this is because I struggle to get it up the stairs to the pavement) but I think once there is a second report the child is automatically classed as a child in need? I'm not sure but I've got a feeling that's what's going to happen
I don't know anything about the first incident with social but am I right in presuming the case is closed? Should this be right they'll come to yours and have a look around, ask you some questions. Presuming again ( sorry for the presumptions) everything is safe and as you say that should be that.
Short Luteal Phase?
I've just started temping because I believe that the reason I haven't had a BFP yet, after 20 months, is because I believe I may have a Luteal Phase Defect.
Probably a cray question to ask, but when did y’all start to wash your newborns clothes and putting them away? Like I’ve been getting clothes since I found out what I was having but I haven’t taken off tags yet or washed anything. I’m 30 weeks. It’s crazy because with my other 3 kids I didn’t really wash a lot of their stuff at first (got lazy) ALSO what laundry detergent did you use if you didn’t use Dreft? Because i saw Pyrex for Baby an didn’t know if anyone tried it??
