I exclusively breastfeed, haven't had to supplement or anything, but I keep doubting my supply. I feel like she's not getting enough and it made me think about formula and I don't want to do that until at least after 6 months...
I will be 41 :/
Short Luteal Phase? I've just started temping because I believe that the reason I haven't had a BFP yet, after 20 months, is because I believe I may have a Luteal Phase Defect.
Things I never thought I'd say... Until I became a mom:
Yesterday I went out with my boyfriend went to watch a movie, me and him don't live together yet. but point is yesterday when he was dropping me off his like sleep over at my house witch the mom and dad lives. I said no, his response was why is everyone deciding or making choices for you and their going to do the same with the baby, when I know that's not true. what he thinks is that my mom tells me not to sleep over. So he left all mad. and I felt in my heart that he went on and cheated on me and did something else with an other girl.... and it's 10:51 am now and he hasn't texted me at all. and after he dropped me off I texted him saying what I felt and nothing. I don't know if I'm over reacting or what or what should i do. do i wait until he text me?

The good thing is that it had no effect on her breast feeding since I used a syringe. She didn't notice. It actually made her want to nurse more because she thought she was getting more milk. Then a few days later my supply increased a ton. Hopefully you find something that works!

If your dr said shes got gaining enough, try supplementing while you breastfeed. What I did was get a tiny syringe and squeeze milk into her mouth as she breast fed. I only did it for about a week until my milk supply increased. I know you dont want to supplement buy its the next best thing.
