Changing how me and my little ones eat proud of myself I didn't get no chips or no pop when I went grocery shopping today, I'm going to start introducing them into more veggies and fruits that they don't already eat .

yw good luck. A good way to challenge yourself with veggies is to go meat free for one week a month. I started doing this and i was amazed at how many foods I haven't tried before that I ended up loving. If you cant do one week, start off with one day a week like meat free monday.
Veggie quesadillas are an easy way to start. Especially with kids when they can dip them into salsas and add cheese etc

Good for you. It's hard to change habits. Allrecipes is a great website for recipes when you wanna try some new stuff. I use it all the time and it isn't just for healthy stuff. It's all kinds but you can find healthy ways to cook new and old things.
