Changing how me and my little ones eat proud of myself I didn't get no chips or no pop when I went grocery shopping today, I'm going to start introducing them into more veggies and fruits that they don't already eat .
yw good luck. A good way to challenge yourself with veggies is to go meat free for one week a month. I started doing this and i was amazed at how many foods I haven't tried before that I ended up loving. If you cant do one week, start off with one day a week like meat free monday.
Veggie quesadillas are an easy way to start. Especially with kids when they can dip them into salsas and add cheese etc
