My daughter just pooped and it was hard and in one blob and she was crying while pushing it out. What does it mean?? We just started feeding her baby food yesterday so can it be from that ?

When you introduce them to baby food their poop change and it might get a bit hard . My baby was the same .

That happened to my daughter when we introduced her to baby food. I put an oz of prune juice mixed with her formula and before bed. By morning she had a normal poop diaper.

yes just 1-2oz or what @babynessa suggested . I started giving my daughter 1-2oz of water once a day when she starred solids and had hard poops now I give her prune or Apple juice when she's having trouble moving her bowels
