Yes, coconut oil on the skin should help too! literally just an oz or two in a warm bath is good.
yes, and you just put enough in to dilute and cloud the water.

Producing breast milk is so hard...i tried the mothers tea, i drink a lot of water and milk...I do have milk but barely make it to half bottle what else can i do???
