I need help !!! My boobs are so hard my baby latches and sucks pretty well but the boobs are not responding. I don't know what's wrong I already breastfed my older child. But this time milk is not coming. They're so hard and only tiny drops come out !!!! What can I do she gets desperate after 20 minutes of not getting enough!!!!
@jgarciamua, she cries so desperately and I though she was getting enough at the end I realize she was still hungry
Try taking a warm shower before you feed her or use a warm compress and massage them before you feed her. That will help release some of the milk and hopefully soften you so she can latch better. My right boob does that and it could be a clogged milk duct or too much milk. The warm compress and massage helps me a lot, I hope it helps you.
message your books while she is nursing to help also try to lay down this happened with my daughter and I laid down and nursed her and that's the only thing that could work
How do you know she doesnt get full? @babyontheway2 its never the same thing. Since you just had your baby youre milk is coming in. The first days of a babies life colostrum is all they need
you can try hand expression or if you have a pump you can pump.. usually just enough to soften them so baby can latch better.
@jgarciamua, she is never full and my boobs are in a point of hurting if I touch them. This didn't happened last time! It's just so different I feel like they're clogged or something 😳
And babies wanna eat often because they digest the milk often and their tummy is so small when theyre newborns
Your milk comes in at 3-4 days.
What comes out right now is colostrum and thats all she needs :)
20 days to my due date and yesterday I was 1 cm dilated. I’m so ready to be a mama to my baby. But she’s so not wanting to come out. Anyone have tips, to get my baby out?
Trying to shave but I cant see anything I don't want my baby to come out while the doctors are trying to see through my hair:( it's so hard and now it's really itchy I shouldn't of put creme after words !!!!!! Shaving has never been so hard :(
IUI Monday!!
So today I went in for my routine bloodwork and ultrasound, and found out that I have three follicles at 17mm! Plus another two at 15mm. When leaving the clinic my FS said to take another dose of gonal-f and come back tomorrow to check to see how big they got and that we would do the iui on Wednesday. Well, after getting home, taking my gonal-f and going out to shovel snow (lol) I get a call saying that I am SURGING!!! I haven't ovulated on my own, or even come close to it in years...

Am I wrong to be upset? Last night I was running a fever, weak, tired, sore, my left boob feels like it got used as a punching bag. I asked my husband to call out of work today to help me with the kid so I could get some rest. He went to work. I texted him this morning. Part of me thinks I mean. The other part of me thinks I was fine for saying that because he should've stayed home with us.
Only once or twice a day! I came to the WIC office they told me the same thing as you did, they help me with breastfeeding classes and saw what I explained to you they end it up giving me a pump and telling me to alternate with formula she wasn't getting enough :(
