Nooo don't dump it. You can use your breast milk for everything. You can do milk baths helps her skin. You can make her some Popsicles for when she starts to teeth. And continue to give it to her we'll pass the age of one in like he cereal oatmeal. It's so many uses for your breast milk
@mommy_to_be.taylor, nothing, like I'm just naturally a strong producer. I hate it though I'm always leaking and my baby is 6lbs so she doesn't eat much... So I'm dumping a lot of what I pump
I wish I was pumping 10 oz every ten hours. If the cold compress doesn't hurt you may have to try and let some of it dry up. By not pumping. they say putting cabbage leaves on your breast helps dry your milk up as well.

Yea ma'am. Hot compress helps the milk flow fast and more. And a cold compress will slow it down a lot. @kaileenicole16
You can always put a cold compress on it will help slow it down
Do you want to maintain the flow because if you let it go it will dry up. You have to stay consistent. so pump and freeze it for her for later
can you pump? it definitely helped me when my daughter wasn't eating that much yet
