About to start fenugreek again to see if it will help increase my milk supply. I read I should take 6 a day two pills three times a day. How much do you ladies take and how often??

Just be careful please, fenugreek can also cause a decrease in supply.

I would start off with a recommended 3 a day then increase if youre not satisfied
