@knpinson, how many weeks were you?

It was just super bad period-like cramps for me. I went back to sleep until I realized they were every 2 or 3 minutes. By the time I made it to the hospital I was about 5 to 6 cm

The beginning contractions felt like bad period cramps. Like the ones that wake you out of your sleep

my contractions feel like someone is tearing me apart at the hips, They will start in my back and my stomach will get hard and then it's like the rest of me is being torn apart they hurt so badly!! but everyone is different!
