What is a normal time to start your period after birth? I've read that breastfeeding can delay it a bit. My son is 9 weeks old

Just lost my mucus plug! I'm having a scheduled c-section Wednesday, do I need to call my doctor and let them know I lost it or just ride this out until Wednesday morning unless something else happens :):)

I was told today by my doctor that I have to schedule a c-section, so it looks like I'll be meeting my little guy next Wednesday. Any tips on what to expect, anything extra I should pack in my hospital bag, etc.? Thanks in advance

I am so ready to deliver this baby!! I had hip surgery last year where they installed screws, wire, etc. to keep my hip from dislocating due to my Ehlers Danlos Syndrome. With my hips widening getting ready for labor, i have been put in some pretty terrible pain and walking is now gruesome. Any tips on getting labor jump started? I've been eating spicy foods, walking, blah blah blah. Sex is too painful so that's out unfortunately..
