I dealt with it severely during pregnancy. I still deal with some depression but it's not so bad anymore && I'm 8 weeks PP.

I did!! Walking or just getting outside helped me a lot. Just getting out the bed was a challenge some days.

I did @2queenbee9 but I've already had to stop...was too ill and weak for my profession....and its driving me crazy I've always worked

I know but who's gonna hire me now? ? I'd even take a fast food job...half.of my job as a nail tech is pedicures and due to my belly I can't do.them. and I'm too ill.for.one on one contact period. ..@2queenbee9, I wish there was something I could do...ill try almost anything at this point
