any mommies use or know somebody who used a body shaper to help with your tummy after the baby? did it work? how often did you/they wear it? how long did they use it?

I've been wearing it everyday since I had my c section.   They gave me one with Velcro in the hospital. I wore it all day everyday except when I would shower. I even slept in it.  It helped a lot when I was still healing.   Then once I got too small for that one I bought a real one that I wear now everyday when I go to work and people tell me I look great. Little do they know. Lol.

I wear one everyday. I wouldn't say that it's doing anything. To my body but it makes me feel better in my clothes.
