out of curiosity, has anyone been infected with the zika virus while pregnant?? I'm going to get tested either today or tomorrow since I have a ton of mosquito bites n wasn't feeling good yesterday and still have a  bad headache today :( I am almost 27wks

there were mosquitoes found in Florida that carry zika so its possible that they are makinging it to other places it does not hurt to get tested for your peace of mind

we were in Illinois a couple weekends ago where I got most of them even with repellent :( Jesjes. and mazey, that's not true cuz it can cause birth defects and be passed to the baby too.

I seen on tv that you don't have to worry about zika once your past 20 weeks but you should always be cautious
