help... I just went to pee and the pee settled at the bottom of the toilet. I'm on vacation for 4 weeks and unsure if I need to head back home to see the doctor. (during my flight and off and on since I have had back pain under my rib on the right side).

You are a bit dehydrated. Drink more water, your body needs it.

Someone said its because I don't drink enough water, which is honestly true because im trying not to pee as much :/
