hi mommies I just bought these to increase my milk I have a question it says to drink 1-3bcups per day so with one tea bag I can do a big pot to drink 3 cups or 1 tea bag per cup? also does it have to be hot? does it work when will you see the difference

the bagged teas have such a small amount of the herbs needed I was using 2 bags per cup 4 times a day. If you can find a lose leaf tea shop near you, they can help you make your own tea thats way stronger and better.

fenugreek is the main ingredient. but the tea bags sorta worked. i am taking fenugreek capsules and making my tea from scratch now and have definitely noticed a change from the tea bags. i make a big pitcher of tea and just drink it throughout the a day or twom
