you put in lukewarm water. it's a lifesaver when you have stitches. use it everytime you pee so it doesn't burn and helps keep the area clean. also use those wet wipes they give you. I loved it when they were fresh from the warmer but cold ones were nice to cause you get sore

You use that every time you pee . And you spray that too trust it makes it feel better down there after birth

You basically squirt the water on your stitches if you got any and the spray also .

that's only for after you have your baby but you're only 25 weeks so I'm guessing you're still pregnant

something I recommend, if you do get stitches, is to lean forward while you pee so it doesn't run down the cut. felt much better for me
