Tell her to get her membrane swept. She'll go into labor in like 24 hours lol My dr checked me 7 days before my due date to see if there was any dialation. I ended up going into labor the next day. So checking dilation can get it started too

Your body doing it on its own is the best way. Walking and sex come a close second.
