Help! My back hurts so bad where I got my epidural. I've tried the heating pad, ice packs, Tylenol, back massages. Any other tips?

I switched between Tylenol and ibuprofen for the back pain from my epidural. worked pretty decent I think.

Having some pretty intense constant lower back pain and maybe super light contractions. But can't tell because the back pain is way over powering contractions so I'm walking around my room to see if they get worse.

I'm scared. I was cleaning the litter box and I fell backwards and pulled my back and twisted my knee. my back hurts bad and I'm 3 months pregnant. should I go to the hospital?
