@natzie86, yeah something cold was the first thing I tried, I'm not sure if it's a bit silly to worry or not, tried poking and prodding and jumping etc but he's still😩

Ring your mw/hospital they'll take you in for monitoring

Id definitely worry about that if it's out of the ordinary for him Hun. Get yourself down to your maternity unit and get checked out xx

Please go to the hospital to be monitored, it's already been quite a while so even if you get movements now just go in to get checked anyway x

It can't not be recommended... How else would you monitor babies movement? Obviously some babies move more and some move less but if a mum thinks baby isn't moving as much then it should still apply... X

Mums have been doing it incorrectly or thinking baby's hiccups were movements but hiccups don't count because its involuntary so it's just monitoring for kicks/rolls/general movement during the hour. If it's not close to regular pattern and doesn't continue to be regular then your supposed to call DAU/midwife
