I swear drinking Gatorade and water help so much with producing milk and my son is going through a growth spurt because all he do is eat, sleep and get changed. wake up again to do it all over again. he eating good because I'm changing diapers like crazy left and right with poop at least 2 times a day. I love this. now I have to start pumping since I'm going back to work soon.

@haydensmommy5, I love being a mom. even when he won't wake up and my books are sore. I just let him sleep until I see he's slowly waking up then I change him and feed him.
@mrsthig, I didn't think it sites wonders like it do but so I can produce more now that I have to pump I have to find lactation cookies until I make my own
