I've decided I won't have anyone but my partner there during the birth, and after the birth the only one who will be there other than him will be his mom, just because he says he'll need her help with paperwork. I honestly don't even want her there, but it won't be for long, and I don't want to be too fussy and bother him.
I figure it'll be even nicer to be able to bring the baby home and have everyone meet him there instead of having them come see him at the hospital. My partner has two little sisters who are 11 and 13, so I want to make it extra special for them and just bring our little baby home for them and say, "he lives here now!" I think it'll make it a more magical experience for all of us.

@babyattmore, exactly!!! lol like 2 weeks before i had my son, my sister that is 16 now lost her virginity. she tells me EVERYTHING. I had her in the delivery room, she hasn't had sex since and it's been almost 2 years lol
@miss.kiikii my family isn't having it either but idc honestly besides they don't get along with my husband & I don't get along with his mom and sisters I don't want the drama so I'm good with just hubby & I they'll get a call when We're home with the baby chilling lol

last time it was my step mom, bff, and my sister. (I was single at the time) now, I'm just going to have my SO and possibly my youngest sister cause god knows in this world, this will b good birth control for her

it was just me and my husband and I loved it. it was nice just having our little family. no one there to be in your face trying to hold the baby and not giving us or baby. I loved it

Has no impact on when and how you decide to have sex? I read a comment on another thread that really rubbed me the wrong way. Something about how teens have sex and there's just no stopping it no matter how you raise them.

I am a HUGE breastfeeding advocate. No, I will NOT shame you if you decide to formula feed, and will not tolerate anyone else doing so on my post. Everyone has their own reasons on why they feed their child the way they see fit.
