As much as I hate using formula (I really wanted to exclusively breastfeed) I have to say, using a bit here and there (no more then 1 maybe 2 bottles in a day and not everyday) has been so helpful. I still breastfeed him as much as possible and try not to use formula. (I don't judge formula exclusive mommas) I just love breastfeeding him and I know how beneficial it is for the both of us. But seriously, formula gets us through long car rides, traveling, or when I have appointments. 🤔😄

Can you breastfeed and use formula or does it have to be exclusively one or the other?
Because I have to be on mental health medication after birth I am unable to breastfeed😔 what are some good formulas for babies? I know breast is best but I can’t be on the medication I need and breast feed.
i really want to breastfeed my baby but i am having such a hard time with him. I try to give as much breastmilk as i can but i am also giving him formula and i feel guilty when i do. Anyone do just formula or do more formula than breastmilk?
All the milk I defrost smells sour 😭 my son will not drink it and now I’m gonna have to start him on formula because I have to go back to work soon. I really didn’t want to have to do formula but gotta do what I have to for him to be full and happy.
