my wrists and hands hurt so bad.. especially at night time. my fingers get stuck open, like my knuckles click when I try to bend them... what is this? and why do they hurt so extremely bad? should I be worried?

It's the worst :( I bought some wrist braces at Walmart to wear while sleeping, they really help. I had a friend who needed help during the day too so she wore compression gloves
