when I was about 38/39 weeks I had the same problem for like a week straight. It finally went away and came back again the day I gave birth and the nurse told me take Tylenol and drink a caffeine beverage and it really did actually help me.

I think you should call Doctor... My midwife told me today if I get headaches to go to the hospital
