This has happened me the past couple weeks! At first I put it down to cleaning so much but it never went away and around my knuckles feel slightly swollen especially when I bend my fingers, it's a nightmare! x

cool your hand fingers for 20min before u go to bed and then put a splint on. it worked for me wonders. i finally can sleep a whole night😍

I second the above it will be fluid retention affecting the hands causing CT
